1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective cases included.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within
5–10 business days. -
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for different colors, sizes, or styles (subject to availability). Exchanges follow the same 30-day return eligibility requirements.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
